Mark Knight, head of Beatport's No.1 label “Toolroom Records”, will visit EDGE HOUSE on November 30th.
UK's Mark Knight is a DJ / producer who has been at the top of dance music scene for nearly 20 years since his debut in 2001. He released outstanding tracks such as “Man With The Red Face”, “Your Love”, “Yebisah”, which were played nearly 10 million times on YouTube and Spotify. From the early days, he collaborated with Tiësto, Underworld, and co-produced tracks for Calvin Harris and Icona Pop to name a few. He was nominated for the Grammy Award for the work on The Black Eyed Peas’ album in 2010. This year, he released remake of Mr. Roy's 90s classic house and remix for David Guetta.
“Toolroom Records”, founded by Mark Knight in 2004, is world-renowned label and has signed a number of popular artists such as Eli Brown, Martin Ikin, Leftwing: Kody, Weiss. The label was the highest selling label on Beatport last year. The Toolroom brand not only releases music, but also broadcasts Toolroom Radio every week, hosts their stage at Tomorrowland, holds regular parties in Ibiza and London, releases compilation albums every year, launches music production school entitled Toolroom Academy and sells awesome merchandise.
